Friends Of Vincent Irizarry (hereinafter FOVI) takes your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use:

  • FOVI collects personally identifiable information when you register and apply for membership to FOVI’s organization.
  • When you register with FOVI, we ask for your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, birth date, online name, and gender.
  • FOVI uses this information solely for the purpose of internal fan club communication. Primarily, your information is used by FOVI Management for membership purposes and to notify you of FOVI matters. Your personal information is never disseminated to the membership at large without your consent, and at no time is your personal information ever provided to third parties for informational or advertising purposes.
  • Any data, except e-mail addresses, that FOVI collects on children under 13 years of age will be discarded in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. E-mail addresses of children under 13 submitted during registration are kept by FOVI for identification purposes only, and under no circumstances will be displayed or made publicly available.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:

  • FOVI will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
  • In very limited instances, FOVI may send personally identifiable information about you to other people when:
    • We have your express consent to share the information; and
    • We need to share your information to provide a requested product or service;
    • We need to send the information to individuals, organizations, or companies who work on behalf or closely with FOVI to set-up, organize, or coordinate official fan club events. These entities will not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us in an organizational capacity;
    • We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
    • We find that your actions on our web sites violate our FOVI Terms of Service, the Yahoo! GeoCities Terms of Service, the Delphi Forums Terms of Service, or any other applicable usage guidelines.

  • FOVI does not set or program cookies onto your computer.
  • Yahoo may set and access Yahoo cookies on your computer.
  • Delphi Forums may set and access cookies on your computer.
  • Yahoo allows that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Yahoo!'s cookies.
